Robert Lepage plans tribute to Quebec City

Acclaimed director and playwright Robert Lepage is putting the finishing touches on one of his most ambitious projects: a gigantic visual tribute to celebrate his hometown's 400th birthday.
For 40 nights, beginning on June 20, Mr. Lepage will project a three-dimensional animation on the 30-metre-high, 600-metre-long row of grain silos of La Bunge, in the city's old port. + >>>

Manège militaire

Le Manège militaire - Quebec City Armoury
The building, built in 1885, was home to Canada's oldest French regiment, Quebec's Les Voltigeurs, and contained a museum of the regiment's history, uniforms, archives, and other objects. The armoury was also home to a cadet corps. Fire broke out at the Quebec City Armoury, located just outside the walls of the Old City on Friday evening April 4th, 2008.

Virgin unveils spaceship designs
Virgin Galactic has released the final design of the launch system that will take fare-paying passengers into space.
