With its heady mix of name performers and rising stars, the Quebec City Summer Festival lineup will have festivalgoers wishing they could be everywhere at once. The festival will feature representatives (450 artists) from over 22 countries and Canadian provinces and programming more noted than ever for its flavor, daring, and originality.
