Mont Sainte-Anne<
Located 30 km from Quebec City

Réserve nationale de faune du cap Tourmente
Located 40 km from Quebec City
Hiking enthusiasts will be spoiled by the possibilities available to them. A network of almost 20 km of hiking trails of varying lengths and difficulty introduce you to the living phenomena that are found there. 7 km network of hiking trails on beaten snow, available from early January to mid March. Bird feeding station network active only during the winter.
Recognized as a wetland of international importance (Ramsar site) in 1981 and renowned for the remarkable spectacle of tens of thousands of Greater Snow Geese in the spring and, especially, the fall, the wildlife area is home of more than 300 species of birds, 45 species of mammals, 22 types of forest stands and 700 species of plants.

Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier
Located 45 km from Quebec City
Hikers can admire the park's most spectacular scenery on more than 100 km of trails. Whether along a turbulent river or in the heart of a yellow birch forest, the trails give you access to extraordinary views. Network of hiking trails. Period: From May 11 to October 21, 2007.

Station touristique Duchesnay
Located 45 km from Quebec City
You can take advantage of a 30-km network of hiking trails that crisscross a semi-rugged terrain offering visitors a relatively easy challenge. If you take Sentier de la tourbière, you will discover a highly diversified plant life and winged wildlife.  Hikers can also explore a segment of the Trans-Québec trail that crosses through a portion of the resort's territory over a distance of 15 km along trail number 8.
 

The wooded area covers a territory of 89 km2. Located next to Lac Saint-Joseph, 30 minutes from Quebec. Station touristique Duchesnay is the ideal place to take part in the northern experience.

Parc national des Grands-Jardins
Located 135 km from Quebec City in the backcountry of Charlevoix
A splendid network of over 30 kilometres of trails, which are suitable for all levels of ability. Trails ranging from easy to difficult, which cross a variety of different landscapes, such as taiga, tundra, deciduous forests, boreal forests and mountain vegetation. From Mont du Lac-des-Cygnes a unique view of the Charlevoix meteor crater. The park is open year round.

Access by the village of Saint-Urbain, via Route 381.



Parc national des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie
Located 170 km from Quebec City in the backcountry of Charlevoix
The network of trails covers 15 km, with degrees of difficulty varying from easy to difficult. Along these trails you will have the opportunity to observe, discover and admire our star performer- nature. The curtain rises on waterfalls, mountains, valleys, rivers, plants and wildlife, the main characters in our beautiful show. Period: From mid-May 19 to mid-October.

Via Route 138, take Rue Principale which crosses the Village of Saint-Aimé-des-Lacs. It takes about half an hour to reach the site.



Parc national du Canada de la Mauricie
Located 190 km from Quebec City, north of Trois-Rivières.
75 km through the Laurentian forest, this trail represents a real challenge for outdoor adventurers. It can be hiked in five days (four nights) if you walk 15 to 20 km per day. The linear, one-way trail provides you with greater tranquility and a unique outdoor experience. The trail winds along mountainous terrain, affording some spectacular views. Altitude varies from 100 to 450 m. The hike must be completed entirely
There are few facilities along the trail. Nine primitive campsites 7 to 9 km apart are provided. Campfires are prohibited, bring a portable campstove to prepare your meals.
You are on your own and responsible for your safety.Open from the 3rd week of June to mid-October.
